If we have sent the correct part then there is usually a re-booking fee of 15% or we can issue you a credit against another purchase.
Parts that have been used may not be accepted back for re-stocking. Please contact us before sending parts back. See terms and conditions.
Return the parts with a copy of the origional invoice with your name and address/telephone number and your origional method of payment so we can credit you accordingly.
Return postage to be arranged by the purchaser and in the origional or equivalant packaging to prevent damage. Insurance for returns at the purchasers expense.
