NOTE This is the only kit that addresses the bulkhead flexing with the additional stiffening plate!! AND great value for money! This plate has to be fitted behind the servo bracket against the bulkhead.

Fits all types of air boxes no 'snorkel' needed..unless you want to go fishing. Probably the cheapest on the market.!! Now with an improved protection powder coated finish.

Comes with bolts,nuts and instructions for fitting.

Please note if you have A/C fitted, access to the inside of the car to fasten the two M8 nuts is difficult so we recommend using an M8 'rivnut' blind fastener from the outside so eliminating the need for interior access although you will need to remove the glovebox and pull the carpet back to access the two nuts for the lower servo frame.

For this application you will need to have the use of a set of rivnut pliars. These are similar to a pop rivet pliers.

The kit is supplied with two rivnuts with every order as this is an easier way of fitting the kit and avoid having to partially strip out the interior.

Two 11mm diameter holes will need to be drilled and when doing so use a sleeve on the drill so as not to drill any more than necessary through the bulkhead.

I chose this product for a few reasons; 1. A nice piece of engineering, simple but good quality,2. I had an old style snorkel I did not want to change, 3. At £40 (£25 plus vat and delivery) it was good value.

Fitting was relatively straight forward taking approximately 2 hours. Drilling two holes is the only intrusive process requiring a drill or hole cutter.

The difference is significant on the pedal travel, reducing it by 0.5 - 0.75 inches. Giving the feel of a firmer pedal and more positive braking.

Definitely a worthwhile modification and a quality piece of kit.
