Developed back in 2003 for my own ZS which had a big valve head and performance cams produced a significant increase in torque and BHP , when used on the ZR160 these improve the mid range as well. 
Recommended for anyone seeking a performance up grade.
These will fit all the 1.8 engines but  may need the the lower cat section altering to suit on the non 160 engines. See photo for the 2 hole flange .
These can be ceramic polymer coated to order  for an adiitional cost choose the option.
These manifolds are usually made to order so allow 2 weeks for the standard finish and 3 weeks for ceramic coating.Zircotec | Heat shielding and thermal management

UPDATE: To reduce heat gains in the engine bay and exhaust gasses at optimum temperatures I have introduced a polymer ceramic coating option the benefits are:
