We are working hard to meet our usual delivery aims. If we can’t because of the continued effects of Coronavirus on our people and ways of working, our couriers will deliver as soon as possible. For European Countries please be patient, deliveries are taking up to six weeks in some cases depending on the route and individual border Customs requirements. Please be aware this is completely out of our control and we will endevour to provide all tracking information so that our customers can track their own shipment. Small over seas parcels will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For, information is available on request. When placing an order always include email address and if possible your mobile telephone number. If no one is going to be in to receive your order then please leave an alternative address/mane/telephone number for that person.
