The stock AP nipple corrodes and causes a problem in the alloy caliper. This can damage the threads and could potentially lead to a complete caliper replacement or a least a helicoil insert..eliminate this possibility by changing them for these exclusive stainless steel items that will last a lifetime.
Note this design is different to the stock part so it will work better than an original or copied part.
They are more expensive than the plated steel standard ones but they are made in a low volume compared to the thousands that AP make the mild steel ones.

Always clean threads with a tap first M10 x1.0 and lightly coat the threads with a suitable anti seize compound.(not copper grease)
