Due to the lack of new  AP calipers being available I am offering a re-build service subject to inspection as not all calipers can be rebuilt if badly damaged due to neglect.
The main issue are seized in cross bolts. If you can get these loose before sending them then that will make the job easier. Otherwise they have to be machined out and this may not be succesful either. 
There will be a charge of £60 to attempt to remove the cross bolts and split the caliper if not successful. 
Return postage of unrefubishable calipers will be at customers expense.
This offer is for a limited time period only and may be withdrawn at my discretion this is due to the availability of some parts direct from AP.
Some calipers will be seized and be unable to be split for repairs. This may result in additional time and costs machining the bolts out and the risk of damage which cannot be forseen and therefore I am not able to guarantee that all calipers can be rebuilt.
Do not send calipers or purchase this service if you do not agree to this possability and additional risk of costs.

The re-build will comprise a full strip down and replacement of the following parts as required or advised..
1. Seals & Dust shields (8)
2.Thrust plate and SS screws (8)
3.SS bleed nipples.(4)
4.M10 clamping bolts (8)
5. SS Banjo bolts and washers x2
6. Brake retaining pins (MS design) x4
7.SS Brake pad retaining plates. x2
8. Caliper to hub screws (4)
9.Cross over pipes (2)
10.Re-finish in Red high temp paint. (Other colours at extra cost)
11. Black diamond brake pads (choice of road or Fast Track compound)
12 . MS design pistons x 8 if required

Brake calipers must be cleaned of road dirt, brake fluid,old pads and pins removed if possible ( some pins seize), undamaged and packed in a suitable strong box to avoid damage during transit.
You will receive your own calipers back refurbished I do not stock used parts.
NOTE This service can take  approx 4 weeks, one pair per customer only.There is no discount or 'trade' price for this service. This is a pre-paid service ,if calipers are found to be un-serviceable they will be returned and balence of payment will be refunded less any time required to examine or partial dismantling.
