I had an issue where my captive nuts on the lower O/S wishbone became detached & I had to cut the bolts out as the wishbone was rusted through and needed changing. I was going to resort to cutting holes in the subframe when someone recommended these. I found them really easy to fit and used new poly bush's, I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.
