I bought this panel along with the rear sill outer repair panel to fix my MGF. This panel is usefully oversized so it was easy to trim down to my needs. It has the internal curvature built in and fitted the shape of my arch/sill with minimal dressing. A great product and a definite no-brainer purchase if you're doing the outer panel like I was
