I bought this panel and the rear inner sill end piece to repair my corroded MGF. I chose to cut the panel down as the corrosion on my car was very low down near to the lower flange but the panel is designed to be blended into the quarter. I loved the attention to detail that Mike put into it, it shows that it was designed by someone who thought about how it will fit! If you are buying this I'd highly recommend the inner rear section too.. Saves a lot of messing around.

I wasn't sure of the extent of the corrosion but thought I could cut down and reduce the work involved! Well once I started cutting the corrosion was far worse. The Repair panel is exactly right to get back to good solid metal. The fit was excellent and the effort involved was probably less than trying to do a small patch!

I've fitted dozens of replacement panels over the years to different makes, but have never come across a panel that is probably a better fit and quality than the original.As long as you get your preparation right and be patient and double check yourself you should have no problems at all.These panels are superb and the extra rigidity added once fitted , just adds to the quality and durability of the repair.
