Fed up with the stock wheel nuts on your MGF/TF the thin stainless steel cover over a steel nut which distorts and then drops off usually when you are driving making your wheels look shabby and always a problem when getting the socket onto the nut, doesn't quite fit right and can slip off or at worst cause the wheels to be incorrectly torqued up???  Well now you can forget all that and buy a proper engineered quality product that has been designed to fit your MGF or TF (Not for any other MG/Rover wheel as these are different!)

Machined from a solid bar of stainless steel and topped with the MG logo these wheel nuts are superior to the standard. These have a threadless section at the start of the nut as original because this allows the nut to be correctly torqued without bottoming out on the stud.  If you have a fully threaded nut then bin it and buy some correct ones for safety sake. Ford Fiesta nuts sold on Ebay are not the same and could mean your wheels are not correctly fitted!

Designed specifically for the MGF and MGTF only and precision made in the United Kingdom exclusively by Mike Satur for over 15 years and backed by our warranty and product liability.  You can see from the photos that we take pride in making the correct jigs to accurately batch machine these quality products.Watch out for dubious copies!
Shipped from stock so no waiting and best value for money .
How to fit you nuts!

I would recommend the wheels are removed first, the studs have to be very clean, use a degreaser and a wire brush and just a light spray of thin oil, not copper grease. The nuts  must be screwed on with just finger pressure, if there are damaged threads on the studs then they will need to be cleaned and restored with a hex die nut or a die and stock (M12 x1.5)  so the nuts can be spun on by just light finger pressure. If the threads are badly damaged and cannot be restored then replace them. Once the threads are clean make sure the wheel to hub mating faces are clean and the refit the wheel. DO NOT use any speed / impact guns to fit or remove the nuts. eg at tyre shops/garage. Once the nuts are finger tight then diagonally torque the nuts in increments 25 /45/75 N/m.
Remember, wheels keep you on the road, nuts keep your wheels on the car . It's essential they are secured correctly.
I remember a customer in 1988 bringing me his MGBGTV8 to rebuild his 'noisy axle'..after dropping his car off I called him an hour later to say he could collect his car ..all done. He was more than a little surprised that I had finished it so soon..he was even more surprised when I told him 'no charge' . I had just re-torqued his loose wheel nuts ;-) Clunk gone.

Beware of cheap stock  Fiesta wheel nuts on Ebay the thread and the pitch may be the same but they are not machined the same  and could cause your wheels to be incorrectly tightened especially if you use the spacesaver spare wheel...ask me how I know.
